This Special Formula was created by Mr. Denis Noel of Noelville Ltd. in Grenada, West Indies. Years of trial and working with as many people as he could find to perfect his proprietary formula, Mr. Noel received the title of Dr. Spray.
It is easy to apply Nut-Med™ to the area. The fragrance is delightful, but doesn’t linger. The oils are the lightest oils found and penetrate the skin to do their work. There is no oily residue and no staining of material. This product is not tested on animals and the nutmeg used is sustainably grown.

My 90 year old grandfather uses this stuff daily on his hands and feet. He says that it works wonders!! We will definitely be ordering more once he uses the 5 we just got!

Nut-Med cream works reduces knee and finger joint discomfort for me as well as most over the counter pain pills. Been using it regularly, especially during cold weather, since I started three years ago. Not sure it will work for everyone the way it dose for me, but it is worth a try.

I was introduced over 5 years ago to NutMed while on a cruise to the Caribbean. This is the BEST produce for temporary relief for any pain. I've used it for my knees prior to knee replacement and neck pain. My household will never be without this product and I've even given my friends bottles to try. Thank you

A friend introduced my husband to this product for torn ligaments in his shoulders that are very painful. My husband simply sprays NUTMED and he gets instant relief. Would definitely recommend this product.

NutMed is the best I’ve found for pain relief for my husbands knees and whenever there is an ache or pain. I even doubled my second order to keep more on hand for when I recommend it to my friends o have enough to share!

I discovered NutMed on a trip to Grenada for my 70th birthday. While hiking in the hills I discovered a spice shack where they were selling NutMed. It said it was good for arthritis so I bought a bottle to try. I have not been without it since then. It is by my bedside at all times to use whenever I feel a pain in my joints or muscle. The NutMed does a wonderful job of controlling my pain.

I have used many pain relief ointments and creams over the years but Nutmed is the only one that works for me and the friends I have given a sample. I originally bought it on a trip to Grenada and have been ordering it since that time. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

My husband and I have been using Nut-Med for several years, after our first visit to Grenada. Nut-Med is a highly effective pain reliever for mildly stressed muscles or joint pain caused from over exertion. The product has a beautiful fragrance and leaves no lasting residue. Absolutely love this product!
